Approximately 90 Air Travels Linked to Jeffrey Epstein Reportedly Came to or from British Airfields

Analysis has found that close to 90 aircraft journeys associated to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein are said to have touched down at and left British airports, with some reportedly having onboard British women who allege they were exploited by the found guilty sex offender.

Aviation Records Reveal Trail of Movement

These aviation records were among a trove of court documents and files released by Epstein’s estate that have been released over the last year. The analysis uncovered 87 aircraft movements connected to Epstein – featuring many that were hitherto undisclosed – landing or taking off from British airfields between the start of the 1990s and 2018.

Passenger Details and Post-Conviction Flights

Unnamed female passengers were documented among the individuals entering and exiting the UK. Significantly, 15 of these flights involving the UK took place following Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for procuring prostitution from a underage person.

“It was ‘astonishing’ that there had never been a ‘full-scale UK investigation’ into his dealings in the country,” said American attorneys representing hundreds of Epstein victims.

UK Survivors and Legal Proceedings

A statement from one of the British victims was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. But, that survivor has never been contacted by police in the UK, as stated by her Florida-based lawyer.

In a statement, the Metropolitan police said they had “not been provided with any additional evidence that would support restarting the investigation.” They commented, “Should fresh and pertinent evidence be brought to our attention, including any arising from the release of material in the US, we will review it.”

Continuing Document Release and Judicial Decisions

A bill to make public every document held by the US government in concerning Epstein was approved by the US Congress last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to adhere to this requirement. Hundreds of thousands of documents are expected to be released.

In a related development, a US judge ordered last week that the department could make public evidence from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is serving a 20-year jail term over the charges.
